Mature. The story of THE FIRST VAMPIRE centers on the true origins of the western Vampire Legend: fourteenth century Scandinavia. A Viking fleet is decimated by an unknown force, which drains men of their blood. The main character tries to make sense of the horror unfolding in front of him.
