A graduate of UCLA’s prestigious MFA Screenwriting program, Angie earned a 4.0 GPA and was awarded the Sloan Screenwriting Award and UCLA TFT’s Scholarship for Academic Excellence in Feature Film Screenwriting. Her background as a bilingual writer in both English and Spanish adds a unique, global lens to her projects, allowing her to tell stories that resonate with diverse audiences across cultures.
Professionally, Angie has honed her writing at some of the industry's top media companies, including FOX Corporation, A24, and Rolling Stone Magazine. A firm believer in the power of representation, Angie strives to create stories that place women at the forefront, particularly those from underrepresented backgrounds. Whether in film, television, or digital media, her goal is to bring authentic, female-driven narratives to life, showcasing the strength and complexity of women. Currently based in Los Angeles, Angie continues to pursue her dream of becoming a writer/producer.
