Molly Murphy

Molly is an artist and filmmaker from New York. Coming from a documentary animation background, she decided in November of 2016 to begin exploring truth-telling through fiction. An Annenberg Fellow at USC's School of Cinematic Arts John C. Hench Division of Digital Arts, she has done a lot of work with scientists in different fields. She has directed films related to bio-sciences for the Bridge Art & Science Alliance and in August of 2017, joined a group of oceanographers for a month on the Pacific doing outreach. There, she made work related to the team's findings on climate change's impact on ocean acidification.
