Ronak Shah
Ronak Shah is an independent writer and director and recipient of the Motion Picture Association of America award for two years running. She wrote and directed "Love Goes Through Your Stomach" while completing her MFA in Film Directing at UCLA.
Ronak moved between New Jersey, USA and Mumbai, India until she was fourteen years old. She considers herself as much Indian as American; she went to high school in New Jersey, did her undergraduate in advertising and worked in the film industry in New York City. Ronak currently lives in Los Angeles and spends most of her time making movies and painting.
