Samantha Manahan
Samantha Manahan received her M.F.A in Screenwriting from the American Film Institute (AFI). A Massachusetts native, Samantha received her B.A. in history from Clark University. Prior to her graduate studies, she worked as a writer and post-production supervisor at WGBH, Boston’s public television station. She currently lives Los Angeles. Samantha received the prestigious Fisher Fellow Award for her academic achievements at AFI. Additionally, her work in short film was awarded the Bridges/Larson Production Grant and the Fotokem Film Processing Grant. Samantha Manahan was awarded a Screenwriting Grant at AFI in 2008 for Volition.
