Jonathan Lincoln Auxier
Jonathan Auxier recently graduated from Carnegie Mellon University with an M.F.A. in Dramatic Writing. His script The Windsor Family Curse received the Family Friendly Programming Forum Screenwriting Fellowship, while Auxier’s screenplay, Ten-Speed, was awarded a Gush Grant for professional development; it went on to make finalist at the Writemovies.com international screenwriting competition and received the Bronze Remi Award at Worldfest Houston. His feature-length screenplay, Mi Familia, is currently in production with StoicVision Pictures in Pittsburgh. His animated script The Big Surprise was produced with the Entertainment Technology Center and installed at Give Kids the World theme park in Florida this Spring. This last year, PBS station WQED (Pittsburgh) produced two of his teleplays, Dining Alone? and From the Darkness. A two-time recipient of the Schubert Fellowship in Dramatic Writing, Auxier received his B.A. from Trinity Western University in 2003.
