Debra Bellon
Debra Bellon was raised in California and attended the United World College of the Atlantic in Wales, Harvard University, and the UCLA Film School. An avid traveler, she has worked and studied in Ecuador, Russia, Mongolia, and France and speaks five languages. In 2004 Bellon received a Fulbright Scholarship to shoot a documentary on the deaf community in South India. Debra Bellon was awarded a Production grant at UCLA in 2002 for The Kite Messenger
