Jacob Piller
Jacob Piller is a filmmaker based in Los Angeles whose work evokes a sense of nostalgia while exploring the beauty and complexity of the past. Originally from North Carolina, he began making films at twelve with a home video camera and a boundless imagination. He earned his Master of Fine Arts in Film and Television Production from the University of Southern California’s School of Cinematic Arts, where he directed NO LOOSE ENDS, one of three selected USC-sponsored advanced projects. His latest film, BREAKTHROUGH, received the Alfred P. Sloan Production Grant.
