Laurence Vannicelli
Laurence Vannicelli is a writer-director currently enrolled in the Columbia University MFA Film program where he won the David Jones Directing Award in 2012. The script for his thesis film, Body of Crime, recently won the James Bridges Development Award. His feature script , Station Blackout (co-written with Matt Back), won the Sloan Screenwriting Award in 2013. His undergraduate thesis film won the Fine Arts Award at Brown University. He has worked professionally for Take-Part / Participant Film, MIT, Scholastic and Invisible Children.
