L. Warren Thompson

Born in Covington, Louisiana, a city on the country side of the New Orleans suburbs, Warren got a degree in Civil Engineering from LSU and immediately moved to Los Angeles where he began working on film and video projects part time while designing Railroads full time. When he was accepted into the Peter Stark Producing Program at USC in 2009, he left engineering to devote his full attention to film and television. Since graduating from USC, Warren has worked for showrunners Al Gough & Miles Millar and Michael Seitzman. Warren worked for director Phillip Noyce on the film adaptation of The Giver shooting additional unit footage and is an associate producer on an NBC pilot called Warrior. Between long shooting days, Warren enjoys photography and music. He currently lives somewhere on planet Earth with his wife and cat who reluctantly travel with him to wherever tax credits are given to films.
