Jennifer Cho
Based in Los Angeles, Jennifer Cho is an award-winning writer, artist and filmmaker. She is a graduate of the MFA film and television production program from the University of Southern California. As one of the last passengers on a “farewell cruise” along the Yangtze River in China, she witnessed the breathtaking natural scenery, historic artifacts, temples and river towns that were to be destroyed upon completion of the Three Gorges Dam. While in Sandouping, she listened to arguments for and against the dam and met individuals whose lives would be forever changed in the name of progress. Her writing embraces global stories and a love of history.
