Andrew Chambliss
Andrew Chambliss received his B.F.A. from the Department of Dramatic Writing at NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts in 2004. After graduation, he moved to Los Angeles where he has been working in television, holding several jobs at NBC as an assistant to the President of Entertainment and to several development and current executives. Chambliss currently collaborates with his writing partner, Chris Jivan, and the two are working toward getting staffed for the 2006/2007 television season. Additionally, the writing duo has several feature length projects in the works. Chambliss’ writing has been performed Off-Broadway at the Goldberg Theater, the Red Room Theater, and at the Kennedy Center’s American College Theater Festival. Screen_name, his short screenplay, will be produced by Stonestreet Studios. Andrew Chambliss was awarded a Screenwriting grant at NYU in 2004 for Emergent Behavior
