Why Ordinary People do Horrible Things


On Thursday, May 28th, the World Science Festival and Museum of the Moving Image presented a special screening of The Stanford Prison Experiment, which won the 2015 Alfred P. Sloan Prize at the Sundance Film Festival. After the film, audiences were treated to a Q&A featuring director Kyle Patrick Alvarez, social psychologist Chrisina Maslach, anthropologist Scott Atran, and science and medical writer Dean A. Haycock. The discussion was moderated by CNN's Jeffrey Toobin. Watch highlights in the above clip.
